About the development
A 70-unit residential development completed in partnership with Ktesius Projects. LANDHIVE tokenised the rental yield on a corporate let apartment through our Luxembourg-registered marketplace, guaranteed by a corporate resolution and secured by an SPV limited company holding the asset. It generated an average of 8% yield over a six-month period, paid monthly in DAI stablecoin via our platform to 20 investors.
