Platform Guide & Whitepaper
Everything you need to understand the LANDHIVE infrastructure, model, compliance framework, and roadmap.
Real Estate Funding & Yield Infrastructure
LANDHIVE is a compliance-first digital infrastructure platform connecting global investors with income-generating real estate opportunities and programmable real estate funding structures. Built on regulated digital securities rails — not speculation.
"The future opportunity is not simply tokenising ownership — it is modernising how real estate itself is funded."
PLATFORM PILLARS
Strategic partnership:LANDHIVE is developed withLibertum.io — a multi-jurisdictional digital asset infrastructure provider supporting compliant tokenisation, settlement, and regulated marketplace infrastructure.
Why Traditional Lending Is Broken
Rising interest rates, tighter credit conditions, and restrictive commercial lending structures are creating a growing financing bottleneck for developers — even where underlying assets are operationally viable.
"The disconnect between developers who need flexible capital and investors who seek stable real-world yield represents one of the largest structural inefficiencies in modern real estate markets."
Four-Layer Infrastructure Framework
LANDHIVE operates as a compliant digital infrastructure layer combining real estate operations, digital asset systems, regulated onboarding, and programmable financial rails into a unified platform.
CAPITAL FLOW
Underlying real estate assets remain held within legally structured SPVs, while digital participation rights are issued through compliant infrastructure — combining legal enforceability with operational flexibility.
From Ownership to Funding
LANDHIVE is evolving beyond tokenised participation in stabilised assets toward enabling real estate development financing — connecting developers who need flexible capital with investors seeking asset-backed yield.
FINANCING STRUCTURES SUPPORTED
"The objective is not simply to tokenise ownership. The objective is to modernise how real estate projects themselves are funded."
As the platform evolves, LANDHIVE may support Swiss-based financing participation structures including secured digital loan participation, SPV-backed financing, and securitised development participation within Luxembourg, Switzerland and other regulated markets.
Compliance-First Infrastructure
LANDHIVE prioritises legal enforceability, investor protection, operational transparency, and jurisdictionally compliant structures — designed for institutional adoption, not offshore speculation.
JURISDICTIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Recurring Infrastructure Economics
Revenue is generated through asset onboarding, financing participation, platform servicing, and lifecycle infrastructure — structured around real economic activity, not token speculation.
"The broader opportunity is not simply tokenising property — it is building the infrastructure layer through which real estate financing itself can operate more efficiently."
Real Estate Tokenised on Blockchain
LANDHIVE runs real estate tokenisation on our blockchain infrastructure — combining institutional-grade compliance infrastructure with programmable digital securities rails. The first tokenised development offering is the Madrid Puerta Angel Development, a $400K notional real estate development in Spain targeting 12% a year (an estimate, not a delivered return). It is issued as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet and open through the LANDHIVE portal, which shows the close date. An earlier pilot ran on a test network and closed on 7 September 2026.

TOKEN IDENTITY
EARLIER TESTNET PILOT: TRUST TOPOLOGY
In the earlier testnet pilot (closed 7 September 2026), the LANDHIVE blockchain infrastructure followed a layered programmable compliance architecture. Each layer enforced rules at the on-chain protocol level — from bootstrap initialisation through compliance substandards to the final token issuance. Click any node to copy its hash.

COMPLIANCE SUBSTANDARDS
Four on-chain compliance substandards enforce regulatory rules at the token level — preventing non-compliant transfers without requiring off-chain intervention.
UNDERLYING PROTOCOL REFERENCE
Infrastructure Utility & Ecosystem Coordination
The LHV token supports platform participation, ecosystem alignment, and programmable interaction across the LANDHIVE infrastructure. It is not a speculative instrument — the platform's foundation is real estate funding and asset-backed financing.
The LHV token is not the foundation of the LANDHIVE business model. The foundation is compliant real estate funding infrastructure, asset-backed financing participation, and programmable real-world yield systems. The token exists to support and enhance that infrastructure.
TOKEN UTILITY LAYERS
Long-term token utility and relevance are expected to correlate directly with platform usage, financing participation volume, investor activity, and asset onboarding growth — creating alignment between infrastructure adoption and real-world financing activity.
A Differentiated Position in an Emerging Market
The global real estate sector is transitioning toward digitally enabled financing and investor participation infrastructure. LANDHIVE is positioned within this emerging category as a real estate funding and yield infrastructure platform.
