Our story

LANDHIVE was founded in 2023 by Jens Bezuidenhout, drawing on a decade in investment banking at Citi and over 20 years of property experience across the UK and Spain.

Developing projects like ROX Brighton, a 70-apartment residential scheme in the UK, Jens saw firsthand how slow, expensive and inflexible traditional finance could hold back an otherwise viable project — and how high barriers to entry for investors kept many from accessing real estate opportunities like it.

This led to a simple yet powerful vision: to make real estate investment accessible to everyone, regardless of their wealth or location.

LANDHIVE was created to connect these two sides of the market — giving developers a smarter way to raise capital and investors, from first-time yield seekers to accredited investors, more direct access to selected real estate opportunities, supported by transparent blockchain infrastructure.

Jens Bezuidenhout

Founder & CEO

Jens is a former Citi banker turned real estate developer. He built LANDHIVE after experiencing firsthand how restrictive bank financing can constrain otherwise viable property projects. He combines a decade of institutional finance experience with 20+ years of real estate development across the UK and Spain, connecting capital markets with real-world asset delivery.

Javvad Azam

Strategic Infrastructure Partner

Javvad is the founder of Libertum, a multi-jurisdictional digital asset platform with regulatory registrations in progress across the US, Mexico and El Salvador. He leads tokenisation, compliance and blockchain infrastructure for LANDHIVE’s real-world assets and is closely involved in building the platform.

Hakan Erkan

Construction & Asset Operations

Hakan has 15+ years of experience in construction and project delivery. He manages refurbishment, compliance, execution and performance across real estate assets under management.

Robin Radenkovic

Project Manager & Operations

Robin has a background in economics and digital business. He drives execution, structure and operational delivery across the platform.

Hannah Ryder

Guest Operations & Revenue

Hannah has 12+ years of experience in customer management and sales. She leads bookings, guest experience and revenue across LANDHIVE’s managed assets.
